Diazepam - Purchase Online

Diazepam is a generic name of Valium medication. As Valium brand, it was first marketed by Hoffmann-La Roche. Diazepam was the second benzodiazepine to be invented by Leo Sternbach of Hoffmann-La Roche, and was approved for use in 1963. It is two and a half times more potent than its predecessor, chlordiazepoxide, which it quickly surpassed in terms of sales. Diazepam was the top-selling pharmaceutical in the United States from 1969 to 1982, with peak sales in 1978 of 2.3 billion pills. Now you can order and buy both Diazepam and Valium online.

Diazepam is an anxiolytic-sedative drug useful in the symptomatic relief of anxiety and tension states. Diazepam is a member of the benzodiazepine family. Benzodiazepines are sedatives that cause dose-related depression of the central nervous system. They are useful in treating anxiety, insomnia, seizures, and muscle spasms. You should remember that Diazepam is habit forming. You can become physically and psychologically dependent on the medication. Do not take more than the prescribed amount of medication or take it for longer than is directed by your doctor.

Diazepam comes as a tablet (2mg, 5mg, 10mg), extended-release (long-acting) capsule, concentrate (liquid) to take by mouth and in the form of injection solution. Do not open, chew, or crush the extended-release capsules; swallow them whole. It usually is taken one to four times a day and may be taken with or without food. Follow the directions on your prescription label carefully, and ask your doctor or pharmacist to explain any part you do not understand.

Diazepam can be habit-forming. Do not take a larger dose, take it more often, or for a longer time than your doctor tells you to. This medication must be taken regularly to be effective. Do not skip doses even if you feel that you do not need them. Do not take Diazepam for more than 4 months or stop taking this medication without talking to your doctor. Stopping the drug suddenly can worsen your condition and cause withdrawal symptoms (anxiousness, sleeplessness, and irritability). Your doctor probably will decrease your dose gradually. Take Diazepam exactly as directed.

Benzodiazepines, such as Diazepam, can cause fetal problems and should not be used in pregnancy. and by breast feeding mothers.

Do not take diazepam if you have narrow-angle glaucoma. Diazepam may worsen this condition.

Diazepam injection should not be administered to patients in shock or coma. Rapid injection or the use of veins with too small a lumen carries the risk of thrombophlebitis. Inter-vein injection should be directly into a large lumen vessel, such as an antecubital vein, and the ampul solution should be administered slowly (e.g. 5 mg/minute). Intra-arterial injection must be carefully avoided on account of the danger of necrosis.
